1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using the DMS Pharmacy Group platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.
2. NDA Obligations
All NDAs executed through our platform are legally binding. Buyers who execute NDAs agree not to disclose any information about sellers, listings, or pharmacy financials to any third party. Violation of an NDA may result in legal action and immediate platform termination.
3. Accuracy of Information
Users are responsible for providing accurate information during registration. DMS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where inaccurate information has been provided, particularly regarding license status or proof of funds.
4. Platform Use
The platform is provided for legitimate pharmacy M&A purposes only. Commercial scraping, data harvesting, or use of platform data for any purpose other than evaluating a specific pharmacy acquisition is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
DMS Pharmacy Group facilitates introductions and provides advisory services but is not a party to any transaction. DMS does not guarantee any transaction outcome, valuation, or buyer or seller representation.
