DMS Pharmacy Group collects information you provide when registering as a buyer or seller, including your name, email address, phone number, license information, and financial qualification data. We also collect usage data and cookies to improve our platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to match buyers and sellers, facilitate NDA execution, communicate transaction updates, and improve our platform. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Confidentiality of Listing Information
Seller identity, pharmacy name, and address are protected at all times. This information is only disclosed to buyers who have executed a legally binding NDA and been approved by DMS. Buyer identity is protected from sellers until both parties consent to direct contact.
4. Data Security
All sensitive fields (pharmacy names, addresses, financial data) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. Data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3. We maintain detailed audit logs of all data access events.
