Parthiv graduated at the top of his class from his alma mater St. John's University School of Pharmacy in January 2001. Shaped by an elite pharmacy education and a family legacy deeply rooted in independent practice, he entered the profession with both technical mastery and an entrepreneur's instinct.

Since joining the business, Parthiv's focus has been twofold — expanding the DMS Pharmacy Group and serving as a voice for pharmacy business owners around the United States. He understood early that the challenges facing independent pharmacy owners required more than a broker: they required an advocate who had walked the same floor, filled the same prescriptions, and felt the same pressures.

Today, Parthiv has taken the DMS Pharmacy Group and his father's dreams to new heights. The group now operates 21 locations across the region and continues to expand — a testament to what happens when pharmacy expertise meets genuine entrepreneurial vision.

Beyond building the group's footprint, Parthiv serves as the Chairman of the Pharmacist Society of New York State (PSSNY) — one of the most prominent professional pharmacy organizations in the country. In this role, he advocates for independent pharmacy owners, shapes policy, and ensures that the voices of community pharmacists are heard at the highest levels of government and industry.

His dual role — as both an operator scaling a multi-location pharmacy group and a policy advocate shaping the industry's future — positions Parthiv as one of the most uniquely qualified pharmacy advisors in the country.
